None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing and signed by us.

- The price applicable is set on the date on which you place your order.
- Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
- Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.
- Please note that local taxes may occur.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- All hair care items and hair accessories are final sale.
- The 30-day return policy begins from the day your order is delivered.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
PAYMENT
All major Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal are acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full before shipment of any products. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you understand that there are NO REFUNDS or chargebacks allowed.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes will be applied at checkout to the final order. Britney Hairland is not responsible for any orders placed without a discount code entered at checkout. Discount codes cannot be stacked; there is one discount code per order.
EDUCATION
Our online education course is for professional licensed cosmetologists only. There are no refunds after the sale of the education course. The education course is for further training and entertainment. This course does not replace actual training and cosmetology school. We are not responsible for any installations or applications performed by our “online stylists”.
COLORS
It is advised that you use a color ring to select your colors. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be the same as the color of the hair.

In the event of when a product is sold out, Britney Hairland has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Britney Hairland shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
